To Kill a Mockingbird Themes discussion…
What is the difference between a theme and a subject in a poem and a story?

Together we will come up with as many themes in TKAM as possible.
Use this PADLET

You and your table/group will be given a theme in To Kill a Mockingbird.
Each group will need a recorder:  designate someone to type the groups responses on a Google Doc. Share it with Miss Mann.

Be sure to title it after your group.
Group 1: Reese’s group (2) Good vs. Evil and Morality/Ethics
Group 2: Sam H’s group (2) Innocence and Judgement
Group 3: Jamie H’s group (2) Family and Justice
Group 4: Shelby’s group (3) Equality; Race/Gender/Wage
Group 5: Summer’s group (2) Fear and Forgiveness

Your job will be to come up with as many examples of how Harper Lee portrays each theme.
Follow this format:

Photography 20:
Light painting, also known as light drawing or light graffiti is a photographic technique in which exposures are made usually at night or in a darkened room by moving a hand-held light source or by moving the camera. In many cases the light source itself does not have to appear in the image. The term light painting also encompasses images lit from outside the frame with hand-held light sources. (bgcdsb.org)
You will be working in Manual Mode today; IN THE DARK!

3 images will be due at the end of class today:

Spell a word… (1)
Make a shape… (2)
Show collaboration… (3)
Please post these on your WordPress by Tuesday at 3:30 so they can be marked and added.
