Hands in My Pocket

Quick chat…

We all have pockets.
We all have a tool box filled with tools we use to get through every day and specially to become effective teachers.
Experiences with people can be the most well used and dynamic tools for us to use.

Now bear with me, this is an ad for a Capital One card.
But, everywhere we go our experiences and interactions with people and students go with us as well.
Reflective teachers can learn something from each individual student and some we will never forget.
It takes time to reflect often, learn much and continue to grow- noticing what is in our pockets and why it is there- can help to provide a lot of insight into our professional practices.
